For those unfamiliar with this addictive game, Wordfeud is a mobile app similar to Scrabble, where players can challenge each other to word battles and test their vocabulary skills. And in season 278, one player stood out among the rest, emerging as the ultimate champion for the 21st time – Bamsebassen! It´s a remarkable feat that deserves much more attention from the media. After all, it´s not every day that a player wins the Wordfeud League of Honour for the 21st time. And it´s even more impressive considering that just three seasons ago, Bamsebassen made a comeback to the first division after being relegated to the second division in season 274. Since then, the player has dominated with four consecutive top five finishes, including two first-place titles. In this season´s tournament, Bamsebassen showed no signs of slowing down. With a solid command of the game, the champion finished with a two-point lead over runner-up Toas74.
