Hello, I´m not sure what happened. Basically, you´ve been deactivated rather than promoted. Did you enter most if not all of your results late on deadline day, i.e. after we had done the season´s deactivations mid-Friday?
For now, I´ve reactivated you again and dropped you into group 23 in division 7.

Hi, I am Yurubu. I won Season 362, DIv 8, Group 128 but have not received the email for season 363. I sent emails to the international judge since Saturday night but haven’t received any response in my email. I should be promoted to DIv 7 and I don’t understand what is happening.
