How do you define your invites are not received, as opposed to not being accepted? Who have you invited?

Hi I’m a new player I have an issue in that no one is receiving my invites on WF. Even my regular games. If I do random invites I only get bots. Do you have an easier way to contact WF direct and ask them to try sort my account out. I have sent numerous emails to support@ with no response
