If we get this sorted this season it bodes well for the next;) It just bothers me that you had a similar issue last season.

As far as I can remember I sent out some requests and 1 or 2 requested myself. I have taken snapshots but not quite sure how I get them to u but will attempt the email route. The incorrect ones were on random boards! Have checked some of the profiles and they are,apparently, using random boards.i am afraid I don´t know how to correct them other than pointing out to them that I couldn´t play on Random board. If I didn´t enjoy,up until now that is, I would just withdraw but I feel that I can´t correct it from my end. Any more detail than this I cannot remember all the details.

Anyhow I will attempt the emailing of said snapshots.

It is disappointing that other players haven´t posted. I appreciate that they may be shy/otherwise engaged but it would be helpful.

@pompilass, as you raised a problem and a similar one last season, it is exceptionally disappointing that you haven´t responded to a number of posts from myself, the moderator and members of your group. I appreciate you may be very busy and understand that but there are 5 people who have made efforts to achieve resolution. When a problem like this arises then it will only be solved via communication and cooperation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could comment/answer/submit shots in response to the posts and requests below:) There is no point in my repeating them again. As mentioned this is the second consecutive season where you have said that an opponent/opponents are using the wrong board but there is no substation of any kind - of course that doesn´t make it untrue:)

If anybody sees this and has a comment then your post would be welcome. If anybody is playing pompilass perhaps they would politely point her in the direction of this page - sorry to trouble you again dmtm but as no result is entered for your game with pompilass, I presume it is on going so maybe you would assist with that?

The season moves on and this should be cleared up - it would be a great shame if the same problem arose in a 3rd season.

@shay and dmtm - if pompilass is included in your games do you recall who invited whom?

@other players it would be helpful if you commented.

@pompilass19 - it would be helpful if you responded to posts made with the intention of resolving the issue you have raised:) It would be particularly helpful if you responded to the moderator´s request for shots and to kben´s comment. Whom in the group are you currently playing? Also, as per an earlier post, by ´reply´ do you mean a response to an invite that you sent? Once I know that you are available, I have a suggestion:)

@all players if anybody has chat shots of any discussion re the board being used that would be a great help.

Posts from all players in the group (ty again shay and kben) would be much appreciated; in addition to comments, screenshots of boards and any chat discussion re the board (e.g. if standard or random and who invited) would be particularly helpful.

@the group the mod has advised in the past that both players are responsible for ensuring the correct board/dictionary are used. I check invites for board, dictionary and exact un before accepting an invite.

Let me be very clear that I am taking no sides and making no assumptions;) this situation, however, needs to be sorted otherwise it is going to spoil the season for the group.

Let´s cut to the chase - @pompilass you said last season, also, that a player had accepted your request but replied with the wrong board; that is not possible; the invite governs the board; it matters not what the person invited has as defaults. I am not playing semantics but do you mean accepting/replying or inviting?

Pompilass19 has played approximately 1000 games between the 2 English leagues with only 8 on random boards.... no assumptions but unlikely he/she is inviting with a random board.

@kben what do you mean pompilass is ´using´ random? Again, no semantics but do you mean accepting or inviting?

@pompilass did you email the info and shots to the mod as advised? Same applies to anybody who says that they have been invited with the wrong board. Hopefully, nobody is playing on random with the idea that it is a league game? Follow shay´s example and post re your situation:)
