If an unfinished game is going to affect promotion/relegation it should be flagged up so that the WLoH team are aware of the situation and can request info/evidence if it were to become necessary in order to facilitate a fair outcome. Personally, I would have waited until tomorrow to flag it up but.....

The spirit of the league has traditionally been that, unless there is a likelihood that a player is deliberately not finishing in order to achieve promotion/avoid relegation, the auto results would apply. For a number of seasons LoBot has been intervening when a player avoids/gains via an auto result. Sometimes that appears to be reasonable to me and other times less so. For example, if only 1 game is unfinished it maybe questionable if, say, 6 out of 7 players haven´t completed with player 8 then I would think that demonstrated common issue with getting a game done/started with player 8. There have been grievances expressed re auto results being overridden by the computer and I understand the reasons. Players, however do have a responsibility to manage their games and flag up/explain any issues in their group - the WLoH team cannot look at every group. This is aided by an auto post from LoBot the day before the season ends - it is not failsafe because the paradigm may subsequently change; players need to take responsibility.

If I am involved in a game that may not finished before the season ends/the deadline I would be positioned to send the judge screenshots of the board, game list (time between plays) and in chat messages (encouraging opponent to complete -politely:)). I would be proactive in doing so regardless of where the benefit lay and would not wait until after the event!

In view of the innovation of the LoBot intervention I have started taking shots of invites I send just in case my opponent doesn´t respond. I realise some may see that as ott but I have seen instances when it would be likely a player had not responded to invites from most of the group but LoBot has overruled the auto results.

JONNYED and KERRYN74 are not only great players, but beautiful individuals who supports WLoH and helps a silly old bot like me stay alive.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. With this many superior players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess General Ajaz will top the table at the end of the season.
