scrabbleshellsYup! Sometimes words are deleted because they were erroneous, which makes sense, but the others... As the source dictionaries evolve sometimes obsolete words are removed. I agree with your sentiment. :) 13/05 2013 11:52:48

The JudgeI am genuinely pleased to hear there´s a happy ending to the story:)

Proper nouns like Zen are not allowed but there are words we may think of as proper nouns e.g. japan, texas that play because they have a meaning in their own right. Also some tradenames are allowed e.g. kleenex, google, frisbee - I am guessing it´s because they have become generic terms for something but not sure.

Out of interest what other words is anybody aware of that are allowed in Scrabble but haven´t been incorporated into Wordfeud?

The JudgeI don´t think any insult was intended by the use of ´fellas´. Also I know there are a few words that I am aware of that are allowed in Scrabble but won´t play in Wordfeud. Lol I sometimes try ´qin´ for example in the forlorn hope that it will play!:) Wordfeud is responsible for the dictionary not WLOH. 9/05 2013 05:14:57
