ash0209Hi Judge! I don´t understand how you come to the conclusion that it was a deliberate attempt to alter the score. It all happened while updating my score and the dropdown has some other players name instead, which i forgot to check and I got aware of this by your comment. Please note there was no motive to alter any other game as it wasn´t impacting my ranking in the group.

It´s sad to hear that I am not welcome in any group. It´s just so arbitrary.

The JudgeI fully appreciate what you are saying Michael. I think you and I were in agreement some time ago in the US League that if a player flouted rules etc. and were to be removed then he/she should not have any effect on the group - as though they had not been there. No player other than Ash has been penalised. He has been removed for altering scores.

While I am here Ash0209 - I would make it very clear - there was no glitch, there was no mistake - you deliberately altered a score. You have sent me numerous emails. I have replied. You are still asking re your div next season - you are excluded and not welcome in any division.

michael cee geeThe decision to exclude Ash also impacts the table significantly. It put Monday above me and leaves me no chance of winning this season. I´m not sure that penalizing non involved players is a fair outcome but that´s what has occurred. Perhaps demotion next season would have been a fairer judgement? ash0209Hi Judge, I dont remember updating anyone else´s score. As I mentioned, I was only worried about mine and anna´s game. However, if anything that happens with dropdown error, I accept my fault, i should have been more careful checking dropdown names before updating. Since, I am excluded and my all game results have been changed to 0-150. Could you tell me what would be the implication of this? I won´t mind waiting another season of group 2 to fight it out for Group 1 promotion. Judge, think over your decision if my exclusion means my expulsion from the WLOH or relegated to lower groups.

The JudgeHi. I was going to give a weighty explanation re grey areas. I think it is unnecessary other than to say that in the absence of info re more than one game and seemingly, a disagreement about when another(s) were started then I would advise that the 0-0 score should stand. It would have no impact on promotion or relegation.

There is another issue. Ash your games were done and you had no reason to enter any results - error in drop down lists etc. does not come into the equation. You altered the score between annamelita and Antdaddy 69. For that reason you are excluded.

annamelitaI admit I sent the email to the admin address by mistake but noticed my error the following day and then forwarded it to the address on the rules page. Please let me know if the forwarded email hasn´t been received as I had attached screenshots the 2nd time round as well as additional comments. The Judge Any email sent to me regarding WLOH would have been picked up in very quick time and one of this nature would have been responded to as soon as possible. Which address did you send the email to annamelita? There is no email in any inbox of mine. Similarly, Ash0209 you do have a way of communicating with me via the address on the Rules page.

I suffer a small amount of chagrin that I went to the trouble of searching for a ´culprit´ when both ash and annamelita knew what the problem was.

Interesting, the first game started after the season began would indeed, normally, be the one that counted - emphasis being on started. So, Annmelita are you arguing that (regardless of when the invitation was sent)that the first game you started with Ash after the start of the season was a win for you or do you accept that he won that game? I suspect that in light of subsequent events that question is rhetorical.

If I had started a game with any player in my group after the start of the season I would assume it to be a League game - neither I, nor any opponent, have felt a need to declare it. Common sense and understanding have prevailed.

You both, however, appear to have played subsequent games and still did not consider them to them to be League games. I advise you to take a 0-0 draw against each other. In future please understand that the first game that starts after the season is the one that counts

ash0209Dear Anna & Judge, i thought bone of contention wasnt about who is deleting/updating the score. My previous post was to update judge as he asked me reply since I have no other ways to communicate with Anna or the Judge. Regarding the score delete/update, it should be obviously me who deleted/updated the score as per my interpretation of WLOH laws. As a matter of fact, I and Anna both have been deleting/updating the score as per our understanding. The judge could give his verdict on this. I would be abide by that and surely can wait for another day to move to div 1. But I strongly believe Anna that you can´t regard a game for WLOH without mentioning it. I accepted this logic after your after our first game which we actually started to play after the session start.

annamelitaI didn´t want to air our dirty laundry in public but ash has left me no choice. Judge I emailed you a complaint against him at the beginning of the week but have still had no response. Please check your emails. Ash clearly has a bee in his bonnet because our game is the difference between him being promoted to div 1 or not. If ash´s username isn´t deleting/altering the result then who else would have a motive? Please can u clarify that the first match started AFTER the season starts is the 1 that counts? ash0209Hi Judge, apologies for not following up the threads after finishing most my games barring one against Anna. I and Anna been playing wf game beyond WLOH. To update you on the issue, I first invited her for a game maybe an hour or two before the season started and she accepted after few hours when the season had started. I won that game. I assumed the game would be counted for WLOH, which Anna didnt agree, understandably because she lost the game and I accepted that because I didn´t specifically mentioned to her that game is WLOH. She told me to play a game marked for WLOH once she is be back from holidays, I agreed to that happily. After a week, i sent her an invite to check if shes back from holiday. She accepted the invite after a day and kept on playing the game without communicating anything or mentioning if the game would be marked for WLOH until the game was over which she won. After winning, she started to claim the game was for WLOH. I found this very strange and wanted her to play another game marked for WLOH, which she flatly refused. She has accepted my 3 invites since then and updating the score as her win.

Now after this background, please suggest what should be the way out? I assume I should be given 150-0 in my favour because she is not accepting the invite for WLOH game. I updated the score as per my interpretation of the WLOH rules.
