LoBotMy compliments to miezemijs on the outstanding effort in Seizoen 122, Div 7, Groep 16! Before the season started, miezemijs was considered an outsider, someone who could win, but maybe not someone you should put the big money on. LoBotAt the moment, jpk60 and vlissinghe is in the relegation spots. But in the games that are not finished, I will set some automatic results at deadline, and that may cause begro1984 and veug1 to go down. The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. If you have intel on unfinished games (current score, reason for delay) that the judge ought to know, I recommend posting the information here before deadline. 8/02 2017 00:02:51
LoBotHi people! We have a small but really nice Chess league, and the next season starts today. The guys in 2.division wants me to split it in three divisions, because they are on different levels. LoBotWow. Seriously. I don´t think I have ever seen such a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious horde of quality players! JPK60 is the one with most experience here, with 309 games here. MACBETHSU is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 79. BEGRO1984 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 30 seasons), with 494 points per match (it happened in season 98 in division 5.) VEUG1 is the tactically strongest player of the last 30 seasons, the opponents has merely scored the humble average of 381 points per game. RUUD DE BRUIJNE 2 is a good player who has been number 2 in division 7 in season 108. VLISSINGHE is a splendid opponent who was number 6 on this level last season. FRANKYY1 is a superb player who has been number 2 in division 7 in season 119. MIEZEMIJS is the most frequent winner in the bunch in the last 30 seasons, with a frequency of 2.58 victories per loss.

RUUD DE BRUIJNE 2 is one of those rare candles in the dark who donates and keeps this web site running.

We have so many good players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that begro1984 wins the season.
