Wordfeud League of Honour

Hello Friends! MindFeud is TEMPORARILY BACK, BUT the servers will still close down again when BoardRush has stabilized. We are working around the clock to fix that. If you´d like to list your friends´ username in MindFeud or message them so that you´ll all find each other in BoardRush, now is your chance.

When you get back to using BoardRush, your accounts are still there and you can log in with your registered BoardRush usernames and still retain your VIP status, coins and stats. Thank you.

Hello Friends! So sorry for the issues that some of you experienced. But here´s what you can all look forward to. Android update may go LIVE today and iOS users around the weekend! :) The update includes:

-Removed Daily Best Matches

I got the following answer about this matter on Facebook yesterday (seems like it is easier to get answers there than on their support site wich is flowing over with comments from dissatisfied customers):

Exchange tiles is not part of this game, you either play or pass.

And when I pointed out that exchanging tiles is a great part of the strategi in Mindfeud (because sometimes I would rather use my turn switching tiles instead of playing a poor move, or passing), I got this reply:

BoardRush is NOT MindFeud. BoardRush is a new game, with similar game play rules. BoardRush does not have exchanging of tiles.

But before you do that you might want to change your user name in BoardRush? You can do that by tapping the small meny-icon in the upper right corner and choose Profile. Type the user name you want and tap the Update button. ;)

Do you know what happens if a player cant make a move at the beginning? The ´exchange tile´ feature is gone and you can only pass. If BOTH players continue to pass will one be given a loss?

Since Mindfeud now is closed for new games, we had two choices: We could close down the Mindfeud-league or we could convert it to a BoardRush-league.

We have decided to convert it to a BoardRush-league, since we think it´s better with a league than no league, since playing in a league is fun. :)

About the Hint-button: I agree it´s not a good thing to have in the game. But it doesn´t always show the highest number of points you can get. I have made several moves with a lot better score than the number on the button. And if you use it to do a move for you, you don´t know where it´s putting your tiles. Very often it opens for a very good move for the opponent. And since the button is the same for all players, it won´t be unfair.

IMPORTANT:

One important thing in this app is that the game is gone from the list as soon as the game is over, at least for the player that did the last move. The solution is to take a screen shot of the result before you continue when the game is over. And please, register the result even if you lose the game, since it´s not sure your opponent have the result.

THIS SEASON:

Since the Mindfeud app was closed for new games before everyone had started all their games, it´s OK to play BoardRush for the rest of the games this season. It´s better with BoardRush-results than no results in the games.

I hope everyone is openminded an willing to try out the new app for at least one season. If anyone wants to opt out, please remember to go to the Sign Up page, make sure that you are logged in to this league and hit the "Sign off"-button.
