LoBot posts a reminder 24 hours before the end of season, alerting players of the impact the automated system will have on the group. It is at this point players seemingly effected should post updates of their games, including any apparent undue delay by their opponents.

The owner of the site is aware of problems with the server and is attempting to resolve the issue.

How does LoBot determine who gets the 150 and who gets the 0? Because I was given the 0 in all the games, including the ones I led, which makes no sense. The opponents in each of those automatically won, even though (like you said) you had no information about those games. How was I the one that automatically lost, while my opponents automatically "won"?

It´s just very disappointing that I spent several cycles working my way out of division 7, yet because of a couple of cheaters (whose names I can give you – those people should be automatically relegated for cheating the system IMO) finagled their way into wins they didn´t deserve, I am undeservedly right back down here.

One other suggestion: You should really try to upgrade your servers to allow more people. I understand there are financial limitations here, but you shouldn´t allow more people to play than your servers can handle at one time. I have tried on many, many occasions to log scores on the last day but been rebuffed by a .NET error saying that there are too many connections.

The two games awarded against you were scored by LoBot, not your opponents. We had no information about the status of those games.

There was an intermittent problem with the site due to the number of players accessing the site. Obviously I have no control over that. I have found that sometimes accessing the site via a different route can overcome that problem. For example, if you normally access the site via the results page, try the rules page or community page. This is not guaranteed success, but occasionally does work.

That´s an incredibly weak and disappointing response. When your website doesn´t work because your server can´t handle the volume for 4 straight hours leading up to the deadline, there isn´t exactly much I can do about commenting prior to the end of the season. I attempted to log on for 4 straight hours between noon-4pm EDT yesterday, to no avail. I don´t know how I managed to have all those games reported as 0-150 losses for myself, but that´s inexusable considering the circumstances. The other players from that division should be ashamed of themselves, and I would appreciate a more helpful response when I ask a pretty straightforward and simple question.

I shouldn´t be in this league. My last league slow-played the entire 2 weeks and I still had 3 games remaining, 2 of which I was winning, and all my remaining matches were reported as losses. I tried to log on to check them, but the website was down (too many users) every time I tried, and then it was too late. I have screenshots of all the remaining matches (one of which has finished now). I would´ve been in the top 4 in division 6 had the results been reported correctly. Please advise.
