LIL_GEORGE is the player here who has won most groups, with a total of 15 victories. MATCHMAN is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 30 seasons), with 488 points per match (it happened in season 145 in division 6.) The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. We have so many divine players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that Matchman ends up as the winner here.
