About uncompleted games: You can read about it on the rules page. The scores are set automatically at the end of the season. I quote:

"If a game remains uncompleted after 14 days, the player that has finished the fewest games overall, is deemed to lose, based on the assumption that this player is the slowest. Games that have been lost 0-150, are not considered to be completed. If both players have completed the same number of games, the result is set to 0-0; if not, the player who has completed the most games, wins the game 150-0."

It´s a good thing that you tell here that your invitation isn´t accepted. You are really not supposed to get promoted when you have an unfinished game that could have cost you the promotion if played. (If you had lost with more than 92 points, D-moe20774 would have been winning the promotion.) Now I will let both you and D-moe20774 play in 3. division next round, unless davyraul wins his last game before deadline. Then he will pass you both. ;)
