In your case i informed the judge that i was unlikely to finish because i was travelling in the

last 48 hrs. This proved to be the case and i wanted at least a fair chance to defend myself before deadline.

The ONLY reason the game didnt finish was your recluctance to 1) accept the invite (4 days)

and 2) to start the game = another 2 days. After which you played so infrequent that we had MORE than

50 tiles with 48 hrs to play. If you are in NZ then you must know that getting a game finished will

be difficult and NOT fair on your opponent.

I warned the judges that your style of play was unfair and at least as bad as not finishing. To come

later with all sorts of excuses about not knowing what week it was and its close to XMAS is a joke and an

insult to the intelligence of many here.

They should have relegated you, they didnt relegate me because it was unclear who would win our game and

it was obvious that you stalled in the first 12 days (much worse than not finishing imho)

On a final note there a too many people who delay until the last 48 hrs - especially in the top 2 or 3

divisions, there should be a rule against this, how i dont know but i will from now on continually

alert the judges if i feel a player is deliberately stalling to ´press´the game into the last day.

Often with the the result that they can blame the other player - i will not accept it.

@hockey - when we play again (and we will) make sure you get the game started and play regular moves.

if you dont i will alert the judges and i will document the game with screenshots if required.

This is supposed to be a league of honour...

Mar Jordan was and Nalatipp who should definativey have been.

This has been a messy group.

We are told to put in our unfinished games etc so that LeBot can determine the outcomes, but again this group fell short of the requirements needed to establish the correct procedures to ensure that those that are promoted or relegated are done in the correct way. I hope that those who are in charge and "I commend them for there dilegence" can make sure that those people who play this game are treated fairly and within the accordance of the rules.

I was winning 354 - 319 and it is irrsepective of what the board looks like or who might have won.

At least I should of got a draw and safe from relegation.

Nalatipp may or not had the tiles in her stack to play what you considered may of been a winning score.

You had all the evidence that I was winning with a screen shot and you still relegate me.

You are asked to supply evidence to support your case within the rules and then you "BREAK THE RULES"

This is an injustice that needs to be rectified within the rules, not what may or might of happened and we may never known. They didnt move for 3hrs before the deadline even though I encouraged her to finished our game she informed me that she was travelling and our game will not finish.

I have been playing here for as long as I can remember and I will not play again.

Mar. Jordan, being 51 behind, your opponent certainly has the upper hand but with 39 tiles to go, its not a sure thing, but someone has to go down.

1Hockey, I know you have a lead over nalatipp of 35 with 16 tiles left but there is potential on your board for a huge comeback play. The interim "win" based on interim scores could easily be flipped by a decent score on the next play which would put you in the relegation zone instead of nalatipp. It´s an inexact science but that is how I have decided it.

I said 2 of you would be disappointed, but Mar. Jordan and 1Hockey to be relegated for reasons above. I hope all of you will appreciate this hasn´t been an easy table to judge. Best of luck next season.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. If I were to guess, I would say that 1hockey ends up as the winner here.
