geoffthegator2 of the 3 players with whom my games timed out when i lost phone...the only one who didnt accept my invitation was 19kidd71, and for good reason - he was getting his butt whipped in our game and therefore likely would have ended with omly 5 wins. Therefore referee I think in the spirit of those players who actually chose to play complete games should be rewarded. I think the second place player should be promoted instead.
