The best option is to copy and paste the names from the email received to start the season. Otherwise, wait until the player with weird symbols invites the other players. If no results are registered to that player, the un will get inactivated at the end of the season.

monty022weeded 74 is found, try again with that one but Sweetie_09?? Is not found. The ?? Is probably some weird symbol rather than question marks. The only solution I can think of is go to the email you received listing your opponents. The names to play should be findable in wordfeud as listed in the email. Ideally they should be identical to names as they appear here but this webpage struggles with some characters/symbols. Perhaps the referee can advise regarding players with weird symbols in their player names? 10/05 2015 08:46:03

LoBotYes! I love it when we gather such an awesome lot! ARCHIEREEN, SWEETIE_09??, CRBSIDEPROPHET13, WEEDED 74, INNA1000, AMITABH and TAXIARCH are new players in the league, welcome to you all!

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many superior players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess archiereen ends up as the winner here.
