The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. We have so many magic players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that saurabh0507 ends up as the winner here.
