My guess is a bronce medal from 8.division is the one that shines the brightest. If virtual medals shines at all. What do I know. But in the games that are not finished, I will set some automatic results at deadline, and that may cause meggievan_n and johnvanderheiden to go down. The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. GOOTJE2 is a virtuoso player who has been number 2 in division 9 in season 197.

I feel pretty confident that matschat-vs2 ends up as the winner here.
