tydfilHi sapphire - you invite as usual via your WF app/an opponent invites you. You will find reading the Rules helpful. They are accessed via the tab at the top of the page and amongst other things explain how WLoH works:)

No idea re not receiving email: maybe worth checking the email address you registered/contacting wloh support.
