The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. The magnificent victory in Seizoen 209, Div 10, Groep 68 is not the first time NoAcars has topped the podium, as we all remember NoAcars also has won the 9.division.
