JHUBSCHMANN is a good player who has been number 8 in division 7 in season 107. COSMO5599 is a magnificent player who has been number 4 in division 7 in season 138. PENNYPOP777 is the tactically strongest player of the last 50 seasons, the opponents have merely scored the humble average of 283 points per game. DICEMAN_G is a good player who has been number 8 in division 7 in season 139. SLACKUS MAXIMUS is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 50 seasons), with 440 points per match (it happened in season 204 in division 8.) GAVIN-K is a divine opponent who was number 2 on this level last season.

The winner gets promoted. With this many fabulous players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess Gavin-K ends up as the winner here.
