ICUPEPPER804 is the player with the highest average score in a season, with 150 points per match (it happened in season 81 in division 9.) SALLY_IN_THE_ALLEY is the most frequent winner in the selection, with a frequency of 25 victories per 100 losses. HUSH9696 is a marvellous player who recently was number 4 in division 9 in season 81.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. I feel pretty confident that icupepper804 ends up as the winner here.
