CHOCOLATEDIVA73 is a splendid player who has been number 6 in division 9 in season 81.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many brilliant players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess daizyyup wins this group.
