The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. We have so many magnificent players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that Lourdes Hathaway wins this group.
