LoBotMy compliments to sandyman1 on the outstanding effort in Seizoen 240, Div 8, Groep 89! Before the season started, sandyman1 was considered an outsider, someone who could win, but maybe not someone you should put the big money on. LoBotAt the moment, Lamybrija and EllenS_L is in the relegation spots. But in the games that are not finished, I will set some automatic results at deadline, and that may cause Lamybrija and Dick Cooijman to go down. The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. If you have intel on unfinished games (current score, reason for delay) that the judge ought to know, I recommend posting the information here before deadline. 17/08 2021 15:11:52
LoBotLook at these players! This is a brainy lot! LAMYBRIJA is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 238. KING2ROCK is in superior form and was just promoted from division 9. CARLAAA65 just came down from 7.division and is probably eager for revenge. ELLENS_L is in great form and was just promoted from division 9. PARIJSPARIJS is a clever player who has been number 2 in division 7 in season 188. SANDYMAN1 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 20 seasons), with 521 points per match (it happened in season 230 in division 8.) DICK COOIJMAN just came down from 7.division and is probably eager for revenge. TOMTHEYS is the tactically strongest player of the last 20 seasons, the opponents have merely scored the humble average of 392 points per game.

DICK COOIJMAN, LAMYBRIJA and TOMTHEYS are not only great players, but beautiful individuals who supports WLoH and helps a silly old bot like me stay alive.

We have so many talented players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that Dick Cooijman wins the season.
