LoBotMy compliments to wizard-of-aus on the outstanding effort in Season 85, Div 7, Group 16! Before the season started, wizard-of-aus was considered an outsider, someone who could win, but maybe not someone you should put the big money on. Nevertheless, it was nice to watch wizard-of-aus succeed. It is the 2. time that wizard-of-aus wins a group at this level. 29/08 2015 06:15:16
LoBotHi good people! We have some new features: - The tournament button in Wordfeud should now lead you directly to your group in this league. - The search field to the upper right of the table can be used to search for a user name and find a list of all the performances of this player. This makes it easier for those who not have donated to find old results (those who contributes find that easier on the player´s page). I have evened that out by creating some extra goodies for our donators as well; now the statistics page shows marathon tables for all divisions, we have some tables listing the luckiest and unluckiest players, we have a top list showing the best allround players, and a new glory ranking. Glory will become the new "currency" of WLoH. You win ten glory when you finishing all your games in a season (if noone finishes all the games, the Glory is granted to those who finish the most games). You also get Glory for a top six finish, in any group. The biggest prize goes to winner of first division, 30 glory, but winning a group is quite lucrative everywhere. Someday it will be possible to bet your Glory and win more. I have a long term plan of starting a team league. Where experts of different languages play together on one team. It will be modelled on the world of soccer, with wages, transfer markets and rich club owners. That´s why we need a fantasy currency. 24/08 2015 22:12:34
LoBotGosh, this is a wicked pack! WORTHINGTIGER is the most experienced player here, with 405 games in WLoH. BODUNDEVICTOR is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 8. division in season 84. SUE020355 is a talented opponent who was number 5 on this level last season. WIZARD-OF-AUS is a marvellous opponent who was number 6 on this level last season. ALE_0009876 is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 7 back in season 82. KATJA_F is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 50 seasons), with 429 points per match (it happened in season 83 in division 7.) ISHAI_R is the most frequent winner in the group in the last 50 seasons, with a frequency of 17.0 victories per loss. YULE LEWS is in good form and was just promoted from division 8.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. If I were to guess, I would say that katja_f will top the table at the end of the season.
