LoBotMan, that is a virtuoso lot! KKAY36 is the one with most experience here, with 45 games in WLoH. MEEK2MEEK is the tactically strongest player of the last 50 seasons, the opponents has merely scored the humble average of 106 points per game. JDUB* is a magic player who has been number 2 in division 8 in season 84. LIL MS REDBONE is a good opponent who was number 6 on this level last season. SPELLNUT is the most frequent winner in the lot in the last 50 seasons, with a frequency of 5.0 victories per loss. PRECIOUSG1977 is a splendid player who recently was number 3 in division 8 in season 84. VINTAGEVERBIAGE is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 9. division in season 84. DMANIT is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 50 seasons), with 273 points per match (it happened in season 83 in division 9.)

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. With this many virtuoso players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess Meek2Meek ends up as the winner here.
