REXTOURER is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 7 back in season 254. ANDERSHB is the most frequent winner in the selection in the last 25 seasons, with a frequency of 2.71 victories per loss.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. We have so many supercalifragilisticexpialidocious players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that Rextourer ends up as the winner here.
