monty022Happythots, it seems to a common phenomenon with groups of new players that many are inactive or non-responsive. Why? Well that´s the million dollar question. It only takes a few seconds to sign up for WLoH but then they may have to wait a week, 10 days or more for the next scheduled tournament to commence. Inbetween they forget, miss the email, lose interest or who knows??? You can´t make them play if they don´t wish to but there is the option to send them a nag email via the sign up tab above if they´re not responding to invites in the app. If that helps get you an extra match or two out of these "sleepers" then great. FYI, I checked groups either side of yours and both 146 and 148 have no results entered so a real sleepfest going on around you.

I realise this may not be the greatest first impression of WLoH but if you can hang in there, it certainly gets better as you rise up the divisions. The players are more active and in the cycle of playing tournaments and most of the sleepers and other issues with newbies are left behind. Plus the caliber of opponent tends to rise so if you are seeking to test and challenge your word play skills, you will get a very good workout at the higher levels. LoBotThis is truly a virtuoso group! JHONALICE, HAPPYTHOTS and CHRIS ENGLEMAN are new players in the league, welcome to you all! LUCIANA505 is the Yoda of the lot, with 4 seasons in WLoH. UGROUP is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 83. NN1967 is a brilliant opponent who was number 5 on this level last season. KSHOOP828 is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 9. division in season 86. JOYOUS6 is the most frequent winner in the party in the last 20 seasons, with a frequency of 0.0 victories per loss. LOVE1SELF is a first-rate player who has been number 9 in division 9 in season 86.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. If I were to guess, I would say that ugroup will top the table at the end of the season.
