Judge US League TO THE GROUP. I spent a great deal of time yesterday on this group. I recorded scores of 150-0 for games against KATIE904 to ensure fairness as the player had obviously resigned games. At that stage there were NO ridiculous scores entered so I can only assume that you overrode those scores. I will be monitoring this group carefully as we near the deadline and I thank the Umpire for bringing this to my attention. 19/01 2023 13:56:52
US UmpireTo this group... I can´t believe I have had to make so many score corrections and posts to a group. I hope you realize that this could be seen as falsifying scores in order to gain promotion and as such you are lucky that we do not exclude you. World class Scrabble players do not score almost 1000 points on a standard board so I find it hard to believe that US Division 8 is playing world class level Scrabble.

Also resignation score (I assume 200-0 is a resignation) would only be 200-0 if by chance the score was 200-50 at the point of resignation...it´s always a good idea to inform the admin team if your opponent resigns.

Can I also remind you that if your opponent does not accept a game request you do NOT record 150-0...that´s against the rules... i.e. cheating.

I will be passing this information onto the Judge who will look forward to seeing the screenshots of the games in which 900+ points were scored.

LoBotThe season is close to its end, and ntz13 is ahead. But if the last games are not finished, I will set some automatic results at deadline, and as it looks right now, AdDick may get the victory. The rules say that if you don´t finish the games, you may lose your promotion, the table judge may edit this group and may give the promotion to ntz13 anyway. SEEMA R and KATIE904 start their glorious Wordfeud League of Honour careers this season, good luck, and when you reach the top, please remember your old friends from the debut season. When you play against newcomers it is a good rule to mention in the wordfeud chat that it is a league game. Because spam filters grabs some of our mails, not everyone that signs up are aware that the league has started. NTZ13 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 100 seasons), with 423 points per match (it happened in season 218 in division 7.) SPORTYWHISPER is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 235. ADDICK just came down from 7.division and is probably eager for revenge. RAYZOR-OGB is a superior player who has been number 8 in division 7 in season 267. TMANT-MANIA is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 275. SHOPTEEF is a talented player who has been number 7 in division 8 in season 276.
