Der Gewinner steigt auf und die beiden letzten Spieler müssen absteigen. My two favourites here are stin.chen and otto mops. They have met 1 times before in the league, and stin.chen is ahead 1-0 in victories. So if I have to choose, I believe that stin.chen wins the season.
