The winner gets promoted. We have so many excellent players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that canibus wins this group.

LoBotYes! I love it when we gather such a superior selection! LYNDA100 is the player here who has won most groups, with a total of 12 victories. CANIBUS is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 275. HAROLD13 is a brilliant player who has been number 2 in division 8 in season 277. JANJES LP. is a amazeballs player who has been number 9 in division 7 in season 153. VERYSLIPPERY is a fabulous opponent who was number 7 on this level last season. CEFALU is the tactically strongest player of the last 20 seasons, the opponents have merely scored the humble average of 166 points per game. KOOMENTURIBI is a erudite opponent who was number 10 on this level last season. JOHNNY007 is a superb opponent who was number 10 on this level last season.

LYNDA100 and CEFALU is among these few heartwarm samaritans who sacrifice some of their own money, earned through suffering and pain, to pay for the fun for all of us.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. My two favourites here are canibus and lynda100. They have met 1 times before in the league, and canibus is ahead 1-0 in victories. So if I have to choose, I believe that canibus ends up as the winner here.
