LoBotGosh, this is a brilliant gang! OLGA-MAGDA is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 9 back in season 281. COLUMBO66 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 20 seasons), with 481 points per match (it happened in season 271 in division 9.) HR. FRANKIE is a wonderful opponent who was number 6 on this level last season. MELENE77 just came down from 8.division and is probably eager for revenge. MNK122 just came down from 8.division and is probably eager for revenge. C.NAKEL is a fine opponent who was number 6 on this level last season. SETTEW is a skilful player who has been number 6 in division 9 in season 280. MINJA KITAYA is the tactically strongest player of the last 20 seasons, the opponents have merely scored the humble average of 185 points per game.

The two best players are promoted. Additionally, if you finish third, you have a 66% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many magic players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess mnk122 ends up as the winner here.
