W4RL0RD is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 274. THE LOSERS is a terrific player who has been number 9 in division 7 in season 236.

The winner gets promoted. With this many marvellous players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess tiffanyla ends up as the winner here.
