Before the season started, stevegees was considered an outsider, someone who could win, but maybe not someone you should put the big money on. The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. He looks at spread and if that is equal he will judge the higher seeded player first.
