tydfilHi pmatuschka because as the Rules page and the welcome email explain the winner of a group is promoted. There are exceptional occasions when promotion is available to the runner up (also mentioned in the rules page) and this is more common in holiday periods when vacancies are created in divs because people are skipping seasons:) 17/10 2015 21:45:48

LoBotPeople, this is a marvellous pack! CARPINI is the one with most experience here, with 126 games in the league of honour. That´s a lot of honour. GUGOO is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 5 seasons), with 407 points per match (it happened in season 87 in division 6.) NEIL1412 is the player here who has won most groups, with a total of 2 victories. CHEQUEREDMONKEY2 is a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious player who has been number 2 in division 7 in season 81. CAMMALOT2000 is a brainy player who has been number 7 in division 7 in season 83. PMATUSCHKA is the most frequent winner in the gang in the last 5 seasons, with a frequency of 3.40 victories per loss. JAN P 3458 is a intelligent player who has been number 4 in division 7 in season 88. BUKIN1 is in supernatural form and was just promoted from division 8.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. I feel pretty confident that gugoo ends up as the winner here.
