za!	Centrumspits, I have no official function, whatsoever, in this league. Every piece of advice or info that I publish here I publish as a normal player (maybe with some extended knowledge ...) But Lobotommy/Eskil is the only one here who a) decides about the rules b) has access to the database == can edit results c) probably currently works his a.. off to mend the bugs that may have caused one or the other of those unplayed games. Centrumspits	@Lo-bot @lobotommy @za! The rule that no-one can benefit from a game that wasn’t played is great in theory. However the application of this rules has unintentionally led to some unfair consequences. Last season Schlappe1899 relegated, even though he scored more points than Brunderland. Everybody got 2 free points from Patricklambe so Schlappe1899 did not benefit from the fact that his last game was unplayed. He just got what was rightfully his. He only was unlucky that he was the last player in the league to have to play against Patrciklambe. Similarly Lissy_bean in her very first season (season 9) didn’t promote because she supposedly benefitted from a unplayed game. She finished first with 3 points advantage on the number 2, but did not promote because you can’t profit from an unplayed game. Again very unfair I believe. Now let’s take the example of c.leffy during season 19. He finished first and was promoted. There were 2 players in that group that didn’t play all their matches: lingo procrast (2 unfinished games) and Kaylee_L (5 unfinished games). C.leffy scored 5-0 against both. C.Leffy ended with 3 points clear of second. But he was the only player to get 4 free points. Not only that, but due to the fact that his opponents didn’t play his spread was also very high. Giving him a second advantage. He got way more of an advantage than Schlappe1899 and Lissy_bean, but he didn’t get penalised for it. The solution to this problem is very simple. ANNUL ALL RESULTS OF A PLAYER WHO DOESN’T FINISH ALL HIS GAMES. That is the only way to create a level playing field for the other players. But only for the opponents. The results can remain valid for the player himself. So that he does not have to relegate should he score enough points in his finished games. Is that something we can agree upon?
