LoBotWow, this is really a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious cluster of smartness! DREWSTER71 is the Yoda of the group, with 327 games in the league. RABONSEL is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 88. JOHANPLANCKE is a awesome opponent who was number 5 on this level last season. DENNIS260179 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 10 seasons), with 452 points per match (it happened in season 86 in division 8.) CDEBIEN is the tactically strongest player of the last 10 seasons, the opponents has merely scored the humble average of 126 points per game. PWEZEL is a tremendous player who recently was number 7 in division 7 in season 89. CATY ND is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 9. division in season 89. DEMANVAN78 is the most frequent winner in the lot in the last 10 seasons, with a frequency of 11.0 victories per loss.

With this many outstanding players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess Drewster71 ends up as the winner here.
