LoBotNo. I cant believe this. It is an erudite group! ORINOCOWOMBLE, PHDMAMA23, COPYD33, JVFORVP and MYRA_JAI are all undefeated in WLoH, of course some of the reason is that this is their debut season. JAZZYLADY73 is the Yoda of the group, with 467 games in the league. KING/KILLA is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 8. division in season 86. LYNNJENNFARGO is a fine player who has been number 5 in division 8 in season 89.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many awesome players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess jazzylady73 will top the table at the end of the season.
