LoBotWow, this is really an erudite bunch! BEASTMODE, GINACOLLIE, BLUEYZ1971 and JGARRETT711 are all undefeated in WLoH, of course some of the reason is that this is their debut season. EFFYBOSS is the one with most experience here, with 29 games in this tournament. DON LAWTON is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 88. PROT_PROF is a excellent player who has been number 5 in division 8 in season 89.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many intelligent players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess Effyboss wins this group.
