DDSUPERSTAR is the most frequent winner in the bunch in the last 5 seasons, with a frequency of 3.0 victories per loss. AIRSHELL is a awesome player who has been number 5 in division 8 in season 89.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. With this many first-rate players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess ddsuperstar wins the season.
