MARTYN73 is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 10 back in season 87. HESUNSHINE is the most frequent winner in the selection in the last 25 seasons, with a frequency of 1.14 victories per loss. XENABO is a tremendous opponent who was number 4 on this level last season.

I feel pretty confident that hesunshine ends up as the winner here.
