"4candles the scoring of the games is explained in the rules page but here we go briefly... In order to calculate the promotions and relegations from the group LoBot requires there to be a score for each game. Therefore he looks at the games that have not been played and awards a 160-0 score to the player that has completed more games. If both of the players have completed the same number of games then he would award the score of 0-0. He then looks at each group and if these automated scores have affected either the promotions or the relegations from a group he produces a report which is then emailed to the judge at the deadline.

In that report he highlights each group where the automated results have affected the outcome and I am required to personally judge each one of those groups by hand. The automated scores are not used when calculating ranking points however a score of 150-0 which indicates that your opponent either resigned or timed out is used to calculate promotions and ranking points."

I think this post is slightly more than read the rules but if that´s what you want to take from it fair enough..but you have your answer
