DR PENNY is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 312. KWYJIBO_01 is a magnificent player who has been number 7 in division 8 in season 312.

The winner gets promoted. With this many divine players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess dr penny ends up as the winner here.
