WLoH Int Judge	Bukin, you have received much advice and assistance, it looks very helpful and friendly to me. You were supplied a well run league with excellent support for free. I donate a lot of my time to assist in achieving that and I think the comment ´I would of expected more support from the judge´ is very unfair. You are no different from me, we both enjoy the league as players, I just choose to help, you don´t. When you start using your time to assist other members and be helpful to the league maybe you will have a bit of a right to tell me I should make further effort. Until then I thank you in keeping such opinion to yourself. If you want to leave you deactivate your account, that´s it. If you was aware of that two wf uns are impossible on one Apple device you would have let me know. It you were not I was happy to explore it for you. WLoH Int Judge	Bukin, you have had all the help you could possibly need. Do you expect me to visit you and install both versions of wordfeud on your device for you? It is very simple. Go to the app store and download both wordfeud and wordfeud free. There will then be 2 icons on your phone in which you can enter the app and manage 2 seperate accounts. The other way is to use different devices. Other players are using multiple uns in the correct manner so it is possible and we cater for it. If you are not able or do not want to use the methods explained that is your issue, we are not responsible. We are providing you a service free of charge and expect no donation. I´m sure we will survive without the £10 you said you were going to donate, that is not a factor to us. I spend more time than anyone organising this league and I don´t care for your ungrateful attitude. I am not your personal assistant, you are one player among thousands and my job is to apply the rules and make decisions. I actually do not agree with multiple uns anyway. This is just a personal opinion. A league is meant to show the current skill and fortune of players, multiple uns dilute the true standing.	9/12 2015 00:17:43
bukin2	Hi tydfil and Stewe^W, thanks for the many tips. It seems that it is crucial whether you have android or ios. Anyway, in the wf faq it is clearly described that the app has no log out function. I have browsed some wf blogs, many people wanted to know how to have two wf accounts in the same time on the same device but no smart advice found. I have only one device (Apple) so I´d prefer a one device-two accounts version but apparently it is impossible on ios. Honestly I would have expected more support from the judge or the operators of wloh. An attractive function of having the possibility to play with several un in the same league is provided by wloh, but this feature cannot be really used out due to the strict requirement that not only in wloh but in wf too one must have different un (probably not for android users). It is logical that one must have two accounts in wloh but not necessarily needed in wf. I explain: I have X1 un in both wloh and wf. I have X2 in wloh and indicate that that I am X1 too in the same league and wloh cleverly does not allow to play X1 against X2 if they are in the same division. If this is possible, I think it could also be solvable (softwarewise) that X2 in wloh uses X1 in wf. This is possible in other wf leagues (eg. Feudia). The previously mentioned clever wloh function ensures that no two X1 appears in the same group of a division. Therefore I do not understand why the creators of wloh rigidly insist on something (as the judge wrote: "no intention of relaxing") which prevents a player to enjoy a feature that just they offer. It is a pity, because the league system of wloh is great, I really enjoy playing here because the excitement whether you can promote or relegate is a plus and I would kindly play not only 7 but 14 matches in two weeks; I was about to donate anyway. But two wf un is not doable and finding out what to do and considering unconvenient scenarios (sorry to say, but playing in two devices is really unpractical)just give me more anger than joy. It´s an assumption on my part that once the 2 users are setup, you can use both of them as they´re stored on the WF servers and when you login to a device as one of the users you´re just pulling down the game states for that user. The other user is still on the WF server with nothing monitoring it (in stasis but not affecting opponents ability to see games, etc). We could test this easily enough, but my sense is that it´s too inconvenient ;-)	8/12 2015 19:12:10
tydfil	Hi there. I think a hiccup with option 6. It sounds like changing uns in the same account but maybe i have misunderstood? That woouldn´t help because one or other of the uns would not be found and would change to the other on the middle of games - see my post dated December 3rd. Steve^W	Hi bukin, here are the options I can think of. Ta, Steve Option 1: multiple devices not linked via iCloud! There are WF apps for iOS, android and windows. Option 2: tydfil´s suggestions Option 3: Try to play online at http://onlinewordfeud.catmag.net. I haven´t tried this and am not endorsing it. I would be interested to hear if anyone does try it. Also I haven´t checked whether it gives word advice and hence would be considered an unfair aid; you´ll need to check that. Option 4: Install an Android emulator on a PC if you have one, and then install WF http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/run-android-apps-on-pc Option 5 (long shot): If you have a smart TV running Android, then you may be able to download WF there? Option 6: just keep swapping between accounts within WF (go to settings > profile and change username and password?). This option isn´t very convenient! Option 7: If your reason for two usernames was simply to get more games, then you could consider signing up to the U.S. league - you´d be able to use the same username in both international and U.S. ... and would have the benefit of the seasons being offset by a week!	8/12 2015 17:03:54

tydfil	Hi - I am sure that any suggestions to solve the problem would be welcome:) Bukin last time I looked both bukin1 and bukin2 were found on WF so something had gone right!! It may have been better if you had posted before restoring purchase though. I use Android and have only seen that option when I was downloading paid for WF to my new phone. I suspect you deleted an icon from the screens that open when you turn on/unlock your phone. If that is the case the app will remain in your appnlist, behind the scenes as it were. You may wish to check:) You should be careful to distinguish between paid and free in the app store. I just checked - both uns are still now found on WF so short of one of them being hijacked you own them both under different accounts. When you get a moment would you go to the app store and check the paid for version and confirm that it says ´installed´ and similarly with the free version.... helpful if you don´t do anything with either but simply post letting us know:)	8/12 2015 13:12:16

Bukin2	Tydfil, I had to delete wf first, because it is impossible to download the game from the appstore. If you search for wf, you get the product with an "open" button instead of "download". Anyway, I have wf un:bukin2. You wrote I should download/reinstall the pay version. What shall I do exactly? Download from where? As I said I cannot download another wf from the appstore. Within wf, in the settings there are two options: either to upgrade for money (which I do not want to do and pay again) or "restore previous purchase". I did this latter, and now have a full version for bukin2. Of course I have no another icon. What did I do wrong? As it may be apparent, I have iphone and not android. tydfil	Not a problem bukin - you are showing a willingness to get this sorted and that makes it ok with me:). I think we are getting somewhere!! There was no need to delete/uninstall your original version of WF but we can move past that:) So happy days.... both bukin1 and bukin2 are now found on WF. From what you say bukin2 is on WF free and bukin1 is registered in the paid for version of WF. You have WF free on your phone = bukin2 I think. Don´t delete/uninstall anything. Download/reinstall the paid for version again. Log in as bukin1. You will, indeed, have 2 icons on your phone. One will be Wordfeud and the other Wordfeud Free. When you invite players in the league you need to ensure you use the correct un for your group - so if you are inviting someone in this group you do so through the free version. I hope you don´t mind my mentioning that we have just 4 days to the deadline for the current season. You may wish to try to move some games along in both your groups. My question: how can I open my bukin1 wf account on the same device and how can I swap between them? Will I have 2 wf icons on my phone? tydfil	Hi bukin thanks for the quick response:) I now have 2 accounts on 2 devices. I downloaded the free version of WF ages ago on my old phone and set up a different account/un which served a purpose at the time. In order to inform the info I am giving you I\| downloaded the free WF version on my current phone. On my old phone I have tydfil on the paid for version and another un on the free version. On my current phone I have tydfil on the paid for version and another un on the free version. 3 uns in all. Before anyone asks I only play as tydfil in the league:)	7/12 2015 07:30:31

tydfil	Ok bukin2 - to be 100 % sure that I do not give you incorrect info I have just downloaded WF free again on a different device but alongside the paid for version. It took under 30 seconds. You are not looking to pay for WF again. You need to download the free version and sign up (not log in). I do not know how to better explain this - if anyone can give it a better shot than me please feel free:) As a player I am conscious that I am responsible for my un and would not use one in the league that I did not ´own´ on WF.	7/12 2015 06:42:05

I used both appropriately. I don´t know why you are unable to do that. I will live and learn - how do you have WF in the cloud? tydfil	Hi - there is also another way to use 2 uns in the league. You can have the free and the paid for versions of WF sit alongside each other on a single device with one using the bukin1 un and the other the bukin2 un. The judge has explained that you need 2 WF accounts. Swapping between uns within 1 account would not solve the problem; there would be times when your opponent would not be able to find you and your un would be changing within your games. Using both versions of WF is simple - I have done it in the dim and distant past:)	3/12 2015 12:50:42
Steve^W	Hi bulkin, just a thought but do you have 2 devices that you can play on? If you install WF on a second device you should be able to create a second WF user right? If you already have WF on two devices then you may be able to change the user on one of them in the profile section (or even uninstall completely and reinstall). I´m sure I´ve heard of other people doing a similar thing ... I probably wouldn´t myself coz it would just double my pain at the moment! ;-) Also you will need to be very clear about having 2 users here on the league for reasons of transparency; you don´t want your 2 users to meet and people get the wrong idea! WLoH Int Judge	I understand the point you make in regards to convenience and wordfeud skill rating but the reasons we must insist the usernames exactly match outweigh that, issues such as security, fair play and all players having the ability to invite each other.
