Graham-sYes, sometimes there is no explaining it, agriffa! My total score of 83 is actually more than I managed on two of the occasions when I topped the table. The big difference is that the 84 points scored against me is by far the highest I´ve had to contend with in 14-player division 1 history - the previous high against me was 81. Other players have had to contend with 84 or more scored against them in past seasons, though - the most unfortunate as far as I can tell is Thymallus in season 43, who got the third highest + score that tournament (84) but was relegated after having an unprecedented *91* points scored against them, including four 7s and *five* (!) 8s, one of those from you 👏. After that, Thymallus did return to division 1 in season 51, but immediately got relegated again. Did anyone mention that I like stats? 😍 10/11 2024 11:30:06

graham-sYornie was the first player to reach the 11 points threshold yesterday, which in the 14-player division 1 is pretty much the indicator of safety from relegation. There are only three occasions - seasons 52, 49 and 41 - when 11 points has *not* been enough for survival, all in tight seasons that ended up with a gap of just 5 or 6 points between 1st and 13th.
