LoBotYes! I love it when we gather such a virtuoso cluster of smartness! PECCA89 is undefeated in WLoH, pretty much because this is the debut season. JOEBLAKESLEY is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 8. division in season 91. BARBNPA is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 87. SCRAPPY PENCILINA is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 50 seasons), with 318 points per match (it happened in season 91 in division 8.) BLKEMRLE is a fine opponent who was number 5 on this level last season. LHANDY is the most frequent winner in the bunch in the last 50 seasons, with a frequency of 2.17 victories per loss. FAWWAZA is a first-rate player who recently was number 7 in division 8 in season 93.

The winner gets promoted. If I were to guess, I would say that barbnpa ends up as the winner here.
