filipajJag tror att det KAOS som råder i division 9 beror på den automatiska anmälan som gäller. Många vet inte att dom är med i kommande säsong om dom inte hoppar av aktivt. Alltså är mitt förslag att man måste anmäla sig före varje säsong.
