LoBotA tip from the rules: If the opponent resigns, you can either register a 150-0 victory for yourself, or deduct 50 points from the score of your opponent. Don´t register anything if the match never starts. LoBotA marvellous group! 13TH OF 13TH, PEPPER_X and STARK2404 are all undefeated in WLoH, of course some of the reason is that this is their debut season. MATTSPUR1882 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 20 seasons), with 399 points per match (it happened in season 87 in division 7.) BRIGHTLIGHT55 is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 8. division in season 82. MOUSIVLEZ is a terrific player who recently was number 4 in division 8 in season 94. RICHARD TRANSLATOR is a fabulous player who has been number 3 in division 8 in season 91. PHIE45 is a magnificent player who has been number 3 in division 8 in season 92.

The winner gets promoted. We have so many fine players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that mattspur1882 wins this group.
