Ordly Judge	It´s always hard to intervene meaningfully in division 5, when we have a situation like here with six different players missing 12 games between them. The rules do state "Any player who has forfeited games during a season without explanation risks, at the Judge’s discretion, being excluded from promotion", which would put joewhojoemama´s promotion at risk.
