SUSHI_Z is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 4 back in season 303. STU1980 is a divine player who has been number 4 in division 3 in season 297. The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. We have so many marvellous players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that Sushi_z ends up as the winner here.
